Located on West Nanjing Road, one of Shanghai’s most prestigious commercial corridors, this project is a renovation of the public lobby of a premier office tower. The design introduces a series of linear elements that reinforce the one-point perspective of the narrow space, visually extending its depth while creating a rhythmic spatial sequence. The resulting composition amplifies a sense of movement and energy, echoing the speed, modernity, and forward momentum of a global metropolis like Shanghai.

The transformation redefines the lobby experience—before and after renovation, the space presents two entirely different atmospheres. After years of collaboration, the developer places strong trust in Momoko Cai’s design vision, and each completed project continues to deliver a striking and memorable result.
