Skyview is a boutique design studio led by architect Momoko Cai.

With two decades of experience spanning Shanghai and the Pacific Northwest, the practice brings an international perspective to residential design. Working closely with a network of designers and craftsmen across Asia and the United States, the studio develops projects defined by spatial clarity, material precision, and careful attention to detail.

Operating at a deliberately small scale, SkyView Inspiration focuses on a limited number of commissions, allowing each project to be approached with rigor, craft, and personal care.
